The month of November ushers in the beginning of the holiday season, with Thanksgiving just a few weeks away. While the holiday season can be filled with much joy, for some, it can also be a stressful time of year. 

So we can ask ourselves this question: "How can we approach this holiday season with Presence and fluidity to have it be happier and healthier?"

If we form an intention to embody Presence in every area of our life (not just on the mat in class), this can render a more centered and enjoyable holiday season for ourselves and our loved ones.

Take time to honor, cherish and love those around you. Take time to be present in Gratitude.

Kirtan is the call and response chanting practice.One part singing, one part meditation and a bit of dancing together is a recipe for bliss (Ananda).

The creation of bliss is both the practice and the goal of Yoga. Try kirtan as a way to experience that goal. Experience nor trained voice needed.

It's music, singing, dancing and meditation. Dress comfortably and bring your favorite sitting pillow or back jack chair. We will have a few chairs available for those who need them in order to participate.

Suggested donation: $15 or pay what you can
