Parisi Portfolio Hires Director Of Business Development

Parisi Portfolio,
a 17-person firm in the interior design industry announced it has hired industry veteran Liz Ramirez as its Director of Business Development. Cushman & Wakefield and Pacific Sotheby’s Sell 996-unit Project

A 22-acre, fully entitled property for nearly 1,000 apartments was sold by Mark Marquez (
Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty
) and Kevin Nolen, Tim Winslow & Jason Kimmel (
Cushman & Wakefield
). The property sold for $48,638,200 and was the highest land sale year to date recorded in the MLS. Located at 6910 Mission Gorge Road, the property consists of four parcels for development of apartments, commercial/ office/retail space and open space with over 5 acres of neighborhood parks.

Sunrise Management Expands Small Properties Division

Expanding its rapidly growing small properties division, Sunrise Management recently named Monika Smutko as its newest regional vice president.
