Working with the Post 9/11 Veteran:
What a Civilian Social Worker Needs to Know

November 6, 2020
9:30 to 11:30

Presented by Sharon Young, PhD, LCSW
VIA ZOOM
This workshop will help you better understand military culture and the unique experiences of Post 9/11 veterans. While you may not ever work directly with a person in the military, this webinar offers an understanding of the current military experience and how these experiences impact families and children. This workshop has been offered to many social workers who have found it to be valuable.
“Everything was extremely informative. I have already been able to apply this information in a therapy session with the spouse of a Marine who has been deployed numerous times”
