This ensures that your bill is accurate and that your employees get coverage on time. It also keeps you from paying for an employee that is no longer with you.

Disability Insurance: Why?
Offering group disability coverage helps to ensure your employees will have income in the event they can't work. 

So how does this benefit an employer? 

Premiums for such plans can be employer or employee paid, or a combination of both. This makes disability coverage an affordable, flexible benefit option. 

In the event of a claim, the employee will receive up to 60% of their pre-disability income from the insurance company. 

Giving your employees peace of mind by protecting their paycheck is a surefire way to show that you value them.

Employees often don't know how to use health savings accounts (HSAs) and the high-deductible health plans (HDHPs) the accounts are coupled with. 

This leads some to bypass an HSA option during their employer's annual open-enrollment period, while others who enroll in HSA-eligible plans often fail to take full advantage of them.
