Dear Chamber Members,

It was a perfect Sunday at home with my family, watching the Packer game and baking some of my favorite Fall recipes (watch for the recipes in the new holiday cook book!). The house smelled good, the company was good and the Packers won – I call that a pretty fabulous day. These days it can be hard to find the good when there is so much turmoil and negativity around us, all amid a pandemic. I’m so happy that our great Grafton Chamber team looks at the challenges of hosting events (some that are decades and tradition-rich) and uses them as an opportunity to highlight our Village and the business community in a different way. The newly created Celebrate Grafton's Putting Around Grafton was a great success; even in the rain, it drew sold-out foursomes who walked their way through downtown Grafton, putting on business-sponsored and created golf holes. What a fun new event! In November, we are again pivoting our Holiday Events and have new ones to try out – a Commemorative Parade Video that features highlights from the past 40 years of our parade, Virtual Visits with Santa, Home Decorating Contests, and the already mentioned new Grafton Holiday Cookie Book. New and fun things to look forward to – I hope that you will plan to participate!

We have created a Covid-19 Update page as a resources for chamber members, businesses, and community members to access. You'll be able to find information regarding updated hours and policies about restaurants & bars, medical services, retail, attractions, hospitality and financial institutions in Grafton.

If you have information about your business that you would like us to update, please email Annalise Jasinski at with the details.

Furthermore, this provides a central hub to helpful links from state and federal officials regarding tax credits, small business loans, Covid-19 F&Q's and so much more. Click on the button to access the Covid-19 Updates website.
The Washington Ozaukee Public Health Department has been making an effort to reach out to businesses with positive COVID 19 employees and offer guidance. As they have continued this effort, they are finding it difficult to reach the correct person within the business in a timely manner to provide them with our business resource packet. Typically they look to connect with someone in human resources or the owner of the company (depending on the company size and structure) and they recognize these individuals are often very busy and managing their COVID response but feel it is important to at least reach out and offer assistance.

In an effort to streamline this process, the Health Department would like to compile a COVID 19 Business Directory that would contain the name of the business, the identified COVID 19 contact person for the health department, their email address, and phone number.
