United Way Campaign

Supporting our communities is a big part of who we are at CNB Bank. Last week, we kicked off our annual United Way Campaigns in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia and in Washington County, Maryland.

We encourage our employees to find a non-profit they're passionate about and give back by volunteering their time or by giving of other resources.

Community Involvement
Mary-Jane Bowyer, Branch Manager at our Long Meadow Office, went 'Over the Edge' for the Boys & Girls Club of Washington County. She rappelled down the 10-story Alexander House in Hagerstown and was able to raise $1100 for the Club.
When Charlie Lowery, AVP Commercial Banker, won $2000 at the Martinsburg-Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce's Tailgating Under the Stars Event, he decided to donate it back to them. Very generous!
We celebrated National First Responders Day in Berkeley Springs, WV with a 'Hometown Heroes' lunch. With Bob's Big Beef on hand with delicious food, we were able to serve nearly 100 of our local heroes.
We participated in the Martinsburg-Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce's Annual Commerce Cup golf tournament. It's always great to get out in support of our Chamber.
