MMAMTA November Newsletter


Dear MMAMTA members,


This next month we have a lot of exciting events coming up and I’m very excited to share those dates with you! It’s certainly a busy month for all of us!


I hope everyone had a happy Halloween and I’m already looking forward to Thanksgiving!


I would like to thank Dr. Peter Miyamoto for willing to represent MMAMTA at the MMTA Board and Executive Board Meeting, which will happen on November 12th.

Carnival of the Animals in 2022


Odyssey Chamber Music Series is bringing back "Carnival of the Animals" for the Kids@Heart this season! The 2022 concert is scheduled on Saturday, May 28 at 3pm. Odyssey director is currently collecting piano or any ensemble that concerns animals - and much more! There is no limit to using your imagination, where everyone expects the unexpected. Until January 2022, requests are limited to 2 ensembles per studio, up to 2 grand pianos or 8 hands for pianists; other instrumentalists . Everyone must be able to attend the dress rehearsal the night before, May 27, 2022 (Fri) 6-8pm in downtown Columbia. For requests or questions, please ask Ayako at atsuruta@aol.com.
