Livestock Virtual Workshop Series: Building Strong Foundations
Livestock can enhance the land and help farmers have a satisfying and profitable business. Starting with a good understanding of fundamental principles is essential for the health of the land, livestock, and business.
In this three-part series for beginning farmers, NCAT’s sustainable agriculture specialists will present information about soil health, grazing management, and basic livestock enterprise selection. We are planning one hour for presentations with ample time for questions. Participants will also receive a follow-up email with extra resources to explore.
