November Social Media Webinar Highlights:

This month, we primarily provided updates and follow-up training on new FY23 Chapter Social Media Program elements introduced in October. Here are the highlights:

SOCi Reporting Deep Dive

As a reminder, local chapter social media reporting has moved to SOCi. SOCi has a robust reporting dashboard with additional metrics and resources available to local chapters. We covered the available metrics and the customization opportunities extensively on this webinar. If you would like access to the tool to view your chapter's social media metrics, simply email [email protected]

LinkedIn Now Included in the Event Promotion Pilot

The Event Promotion Pilot is a new project to test promoting local chapter workshops via social media event tools. Currently, we create Facebook Events for all chapter workshops that are posted to your chapter website by the 15th of the previous month. In FY23, we are looking for ways to help your chapters have an even greater impact in your local online communities. To further explore this, we are now testing both Google and LinkedIn events as potential opportunities.

Learn more about the Event Promotion Pilot here.
