Hello Neighbors!

November brings opportunity to give thanks for our blessings, and also to extend a helping hand to those in need. Please consider purchasing extra items at the grocery store to bring to the Amenity Center for the Max Block Food Pantry (shelf-stable foods only, please). And if you're able to pick up a new, unwrapped toy, our Toy Drive for the Ronald McDonald House will kick off soon!

Please note our holiday office hours: The office will close at 1PM on Wednesday, November 24th, and will remain closed through Thanksgiving Day. We will reopen the office with normal hours on Friday, November 26th.

The General Election is Tuesday, November 8, 2022. The Flex room at the Amenity Center will be your polling location that day from 7am to 7pm. We are NOT an Early Voting site.

FOOD PANTRY DONATIONS

Thanksgiving is almost here and most of us are planning our thanksgiving meal with our friends and families.

Unfortunately there are many of our neighbors who cannot plan on having a thanksgiving dinner due to their economic situation.

It would be a blessing for us to be able to reach into our own pockets and help those in need, especially during these difficult times. We ask you to please drop off food items that will be sent to the Max Block Food Pantry.  Canned and packaged foods are what these people desperately need.  As always, you can drop your food donations at the Amenity Center.

The Soccer Shots Winter

2022-23 season is coming to our neighborhood! 

Soccer Shots is an

introductory Soccer program based here in North Florida. They introduce

the game of soccer to children through enthusiastic and engaging

curriculum. Their themed sessions have players pretending to be

astronauts flying to Mars or pirates sailing the Seven Seas; while learning

how to dribble, shoot, and score! They also emphasize character

development with the use of their weekly character words, such as respect,

confidence, and determination. These character words are reinforced during sessions

to build stronger youth beyond the game!

about our Soccer Shots program at Bartram Springs is as follows:

      4:30 to 5:30 pm Mini class (2-3 years old)

Calling all RETURNING swimmers for the Bartram Springs Barracudas 2023 season! Parents take advantage of this early registration discount.

All swimmers are $175 until end of this year. 

Price increases Jan 1st. First and second swimmers in a family will be $200, third swimmers $185 and each additional swimmer will be $175. These rates are below the league average and necessary to cover team and league costs.

No Yoga with Weights Class - Wednesday, 11/23.

MANAGEMENT SCHEDULING

At Bartram Springs we aim to have management availability each day, and when that is not possible, our Facility Attendants have myriad ways to contact us for support. It is our goal to respond to questions and concerns in the most effective and timely manner possible.

General Manager, Sue O'Lear, is on-call for urgent matters 24-7 and can be reached via email or cell/text by residents and staff as needed. Her on-property schedule changes weekly, with the goal being to make herself available to a wide range of residents who use the facility at various times. Never hesitate to reach out with questions or concerns!

Operations Manager, Winslow Wheeler is typically on the property Monday-Friday from 8-4, with on-call availability in the evenings/on weekends as needed.

Assistant Amenity Manager, Stephanie Taylor, is typically in the office Tuesday - Saturday, with actual hours to vary based on staffing needs/activities/events.

Facility Attendants are available in the front office 6 days a week and can answer a wide variety of questions. If they cannot help with yours for any reason, they are happy to share management contact information with you!
