The 3rd Annual Fall Bash

Pirate Party Was a Huge Success!

Thank you to all who celebrated and raised funds for Putnam County's Children with Feed the Need of Putnam County!

This was the event of the season you did not want to miss!

On Saturday October 15, 2022 many people gathered in their BEST Pirate garb, ready to have fun and raise money for local food insecure children.

We want to thank our Gold, Silver and Bronze Sponsors!

The event was off to a fabulous start because of you!

FTN Executive Director Denise Bramlitt, together with rest of the Board Members, Jackie Porter, Leota Wilkinson, Julia Warwick, Renee Hough, Rebecca Motes, and Lisa Sykes (not pictured) worked tirelessly to give the biggest Fundraising event of the year for Feed the Need of Putnam County!

Friday Night Set Up

Many hands make light work was proven again to be true! Dozen of volunteers gathered the night before the bash to decorate The Putnam County Shrine Club to PARTY! As you may know, Feed the Need relies not only on monetary donations, but weekly volunteers to pack the food for the students. Along with other members of the community, the weekly volunteers showed their true spirit of service!

Master of Ceremonies

Our very own volunteer Ronald Thomas was the Master of Ceremonies! Providing us with entertainment and laughs throughout the night!

Silent Auction

The silent auction was a AWESOME thanks to many donors and local business owners donating many valuable items and services! We are also so appreciative of the volunteers that assembled all the baskets!

Wine Pull

The Wine Pull was so successful, each person that purchased a ticket received a bottle of wine valued at $10-$50!!

Cake Auction

Homemade cakes by Monica Fortner donated 2 wonderful cakes for a cake auction! Generous donations were made by a couple of party goers with big hearts and a sweet tooth! The cakes were Chocolate Dream and Pistachio.

Catered Food

The food was prepared by Chef Andrew Tyson, Culinary Arts teacher at Interlachen High School, along with students in the program and Larry Harvey cooking the meat.

Thank you to Renee Hough and Joanna Kirkpatrick for delivery, setup, serving the guests and breakdown.

It was so delicious, we all can't wait to see what the menu will be next year!

Volunteers

There were many volunteers working throughout the evening the evening to keep the event running smoothly. Pictured here are are a few of them.

There was dancing, eating, so much laughter and fun!! Lasting memories were made! We cant wait for you to join us next year!
