COMPREHENSIVE PLAN

Let’s Vision 2043 together.

On the evening of Wed, Oct 19, the City of Oldsmar hosted its first Community Workshop for Oldsmar’s Comprehensive Plan Update – Vision 2043. The workshop provided residents and businesses a project introduction and an overview of the initial survey results. Additionally, attendees participated in an interactive survey and engaged with stakeholders at public input workstations. If you missed the first Workshop, it was recorded and can be viewed HERE.

Community Workshop II-Comp Plan

FUTURE LAND USE ELEMENT UPDATES

Residents & Businesses are encouraged to attend a Community Workshop for Vision 2043 – Oldsmar’s Comprehensive Plan Update. The Workshop will be held on Tues, Dec 13, 6-8pm at the Hampton Inn & Suites, located at 4017 Tampa Road, Oldsmar.

No registration required.

Downtown Development Update - The City received 9 Letters of Interest for development of the city-owned property near City Hall. The City’s consultant, GAI Consultants, has reviewed the letters and will make recommendations regarding the next steps at the Nov 15 City Council meeting. Click here to stay informed.
