Occasionally, we get emails and phone calls from someone we don't know and the subject line or message is vague. It's vague enough to look like spam or unsolicited marketing attempts, so we may ignore it.

If someone is trying to reach us on your behalf, please alert us so we know to give them our attention.

Also, please let them know to mention they are representing you.

This will help us address your needs and give you the timely service you deserve!
Our Thanksgiving office hours
The Center Stage Software offices will be closed Thursday, Nov. 24 and Friday, Nov. 25.

We will be available only for emergencies.

An emergency means:
  • You cannot sell or print tickets
  • You cannot access Wintix
  • Your Webtix online ticketing site is down
  • You can't scan tickets

For turkey (er, chicken) emergencies, call the Butterball hotline: 1-800-BUTTERBALL
