“All it takes is research.” is chamber member Raymond Osborne’s mantra in life.

It is research that is needed to help consumers find the best health care they

can acquire for an enjoyable life.

Licensed insurance broker Raymond Osborne makes it easy for people to make complex but important decisions by choosing the right insurance policy for their unique needs, as an independent broker, he works for the consumer by being appointed with multiple insurance carriers to compare the beneficiary's best interests.

Mr. Osborne’s research goes beyond reviewing information from carriers by engaging the

Raymond Osborne has been a licensed health insurance agent since 2016. As an independent agent, he assists both 65-year-olds and over with plans like Medicare Advantage, and Medicare Supplement and for those under 65 with on and off individual and family marketplace plans. He formed his agency A1A Choice Plans under his Florida Corporation A1A Research, Inc. 

As a US Veteran, he continues serving his country by enrolling his fellow citizens with health insurance plans that protect their health interests.

JULIE E. KELLER, P.E. PRESIDENT .

Julie Keller, P.E., President of K.S.M. Engineering, has over 25 years of experience in Land Development, Geotechnical Engineering, and Materials testing, including soil, concrete, masonry, asphalt testing, and material inspection. She is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Before her role as President of K.S.M., Julie worked as a Project Manager for Avid Engineering. She expanded her civil site design to assist her clients, specifically with roadway, storm drain, sanitary sewer, waterline, site grading, erosion control, and pond design. Julie has acquired the W.B.E. (Women’s Business Enterprise) designation nationally and in Florida, and Orange County, FL. Julie is the driving force for K.S.M.’s growth in the Central Florida market. In 2016 Julie was the Vice President of the Space Coast Chapter of ASCE and remains a member today. She is currently an active member of NAWIC, WTS, HBCA, ACI, FHBA, and GOBA, advancing transportation within her community. Julie is a Florida native and is passionate about dirt and loves to discuss it any chance she gets with clients or those interested in any aspect of engineering.
