At Bartram Springs we have management either ON DUTY or ON CALL during all hours the office is open. Facility attendants have myriad ways to communicate with On Call managers so there is rarely a delay in assisting residents. Further, our contact information is readily available to anyone who stops by the window. It is our goal to respond to questions and concerns in the most effective and timely manner possible!
General Manager, Sue O'Lear, is on-call for urgent matters 24-7 and can be reached via email or cell/text by residents and staff as needed. Her on-property schedule changes weekly, with the goal being to make herself available to a wide range of residents who use the facility at various times. Now that the Slide is closed for the season, she is going back to working primarily Monday - Friday, with weekends on a more occasional or as needed basis. Never hesitate to reach out with questions or concerns!
Operations Manager, Winslow Wheeler is typically on the property Monday-Friday from 8-4, with on-call availability in the evenings/on weekends as needed.
Assistant Amenity Manager, Stephanie Taylor, is typically in the office Tuesday - Saturday, with actual hours to vary based on staffing needs/activities/events.
Facility Attendants are available in the front office 6 days a week and can answer a wide variety of questions. If they cannot help with yours for any reason, they are happy to share management contact information with you!
