2023 Impact Award Winners

Over 125 people attended the PRSA Southern Arizona Impact Awards held at Hexagon downtown. This year’s top honors went to Linda Welter, APR, founder of Caliber Group, who was granted our Career Impact Award. KOLD’s Dan Marries was recognized as the 2023 Media Person of the Year, while Marielle Babb, NüPOINT Marketing, joined Shawnee Wright, Integrated Axis Technology Group, as the 2023 Rookies of the Year. The 2023 PR Professional of the Year award winner was Kathleen Brown, Principal of Brown + Associates. The event was held at Hexagon downtown.

The Gordley Group (pictured above) walked away with this year’s Best in Show Award with the two highest scoring submissions for their 2023 Holiday Card and their work to inform, educate and engage City of Tucson residents in the general planning effort.
