Self Lymphatic Therapy: Abdomen

Join us for a self manual lymphatic drainage workshop with Julia. Learn simple techniques to stimulate lymphatic flow and promote healing. This session focuses on the abdominal region. Learn more.
Ed leads this class that combines exercises and powerful meditations to help restore wellness. This weekly practice helps reduce fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, and numbness or tingling in your hands and feet.
This supportive environment is perfect for anyone affected by a loved one’s cancer diagnosis. It provides a venue for caregivers to vent their frustrations and seek support from others in a similar situation.
Join Jessica for Family Grief on Wednesdays. This support group is for people who have lost a family member or friend to cancer. In the company of others going through a similar loss, we can find understanding which eases the pain of losing a loved one.
Join Leila on Thursdays. This nurturing group focuses on issues relevant to those with a metastatic, advanced cancer diagnosis, such as how to be a better advocate and enhance the quality of one's life.

Led by a physician and therapist, this group is for men in all stages of a cancer diagnosis, treatment, or after treatment. Learn strategies for coping with diagnosis, side effects from treatment, fear and anxiety and familial relationships.
Please join Jessica if you feel like you are facing cancer without the support of a partner or family. We will share tools and strategies that help to differentiate between feelings and circumstances while helping to deepen connections to ourselves and create community.
Please join Valerie for a group just for women with breast cancer in all stages, from diagnosis to survivorship. Participants will cultivate community, share resources, and find supportive conversations.
