Call for 2025 AADC Alumnae Awards Nominations
Do you know an alumna or friend of the AADC deserving of recognition by the AADC? Submit an official Alumnae Awards nomination form or referral form to our AADC Alumnae Awards Committee. Deadlines for submitting nominations are: January 23, 2025 for Alumnae Awards; and April 7, 2025 for the 2025 Society of Excellence.

Nomination Process is Open for AADC Board of Directors
Use your skills and learn new one as you serve to lead your alumnae organization to greatness. Identifying and selecting candidates to serve on the AADC Board of Directors is critical to our success and leadership. We invite you to submit nominations for general members by January 16, 2025. Financial Support Available for Post Graduate Studies
Apply for AADC Alumnae Fellowships
The Associate Alumnae of Douglass College (AADC) awards fellowships annually for post graduate study to graduating DRC seniors and/or alumnae. These fellowships are awarded solely for financial support and do not include a service component.
Recipients are selected primarily on the basis of academic achievement or aspirations in chosen field of study, and secondarily, on need. The application deadline for alumnae is March 1, 2025; and the deadline is June 2, 2025 for graduating seniors.

AADC Washington, D.C. Area Regional Connection Group Community Day at the National Museum of Women in the Arts

Join us for a self-guided tour at the first museum in the world solely dedicated to championing women through the arts. Tickets are free during the Museum's Community Day, click here. After the visit, alumnae and friends will head to Tatte Bakery at City Center where it will be pay what you order.

Volunteer on an AADC Committee
Volunteers are the lifeblood of our organization. Our AADC volunteers get involved where they can make the biggest impact in ways that combine their interests and expertise with vital work that supports our mission.
You can volunteer for a variety of opportunities – from serving on one of our many committees, reviewing alumnae candidates for fellowships and awards, matching mentors with mentees for our popular Douglass Alumnae Mentoring, chairing a committee, regional group or affinity network, preserving the history of the AADC with the Memorabilia Committee, or providing your financial expertise to our Investment Committee – plus so much more!
