Below are before and after pictures of a growth on a dog's eye that is completely gone now. That was after only less than two months of use two times a day.

Meet Eddy
Eddy's parents called looking for help with a limping left hind leg. It turned out it was the all-too-common ACL (anterior cruciate ligament), which attaches to the knee. ACL ligament tears are common among labs, typically because of their high activity level.
Eddy is 10 years old and has a strong constitution. In her younger years, she was no stranger to a 10-mile hike with her Dad.
In February of this year, 2023, we started Eddy on a custom protocol to strengthen the connective tissue of the knee, including the ACL ligament. Of course, we worked on strengthening the immune system as well because this, in turn, makes all healing processes more efficient.
When we started, Eddy walked very lightly on the left hind leg and sometimes skipped steps walking on three legs. By July, she was walking on all four legs, and a few months after that, bearing even weight on both hind legs.
When I checked in with her Dad a few months after that, I asked what percentage of improvement we were at with the leg. His response was .....
"Every day, we are 100%. She gets a little" hitchy" if we go hiking for a mile or two. I don't know if she'll ever be a 12-mile-a-day dog again. But she is doing a whole lot better than she was"
At 10 years old, going on eleven, I'd personally be impressed with one mile!!!
Now, in her golden years, Eddy still enjoys heading out for a play day somewhere amongst the vast playground of the Sierra Nevadas, though much shorter in duration.

Is this cat food OK to feed my Kitty?
This question came from a client looking for help with her cat, diagnosed with a kidney condition and showing signs of decline: weight loss, retreating under the bed, lethargy, etc.
We evaluated the cat food label and found the first ingredient to be corn. Cats are 90% omnivores and require mostly a high-protein diet containing muscle meat, organs, glands, and bone. Cats don't eat corn, and neither is it digestible for them.
Here are more of the ingredients listed in order on the label: chicken fat, pork digest, brewers rice, corn gluten meal, pea fiber, fish meal, natural flavors, dried chickory root, wheat gluten, fish oil, vegetable oil, powdered psyllium seed husk followed by a long list of synthetic vitamins.
Understanding the ingredients in your pet's food is crucial for their health and well-being, and terms like 'corn gluten,' 'wheat gluten,' 'pork digest,' and 'fish meal' raise concern. When you see 'meal' on a label, it typically indicates that the product could include a variety of parts or by-products that may not meet the standards we set for our own diets. Thanksgiving is much more than a holiday. It is a time to express gratitude for what we have received and will continue to receive. The bounty is continuous if we stay in a state of divine receptivity.
It is amazing to watch the seasons work to bring forth abundance for our tables and our lives. It's just like clockwork.
As we express gratitude for each other, we would like to express our appreciation for you and your family. It is simply wonderful to work with you and your family, friends, and animals.
Gratitude is far more than sitting down for a big meal once a year. It is a way of living life as an expression in all we do every day of the year.
Thanksgiving is a time to remember to nurture yourself and others and take this feeling as an expression with you and deliver it in everything you do personally, also at work and play.
When it comes to our animals, it never ceases to amaze us the eternal gratitude that they express to us as the example that we should be every day. It is so pure and with no intention, just pure love mixed with a huge dose of gratitude. We love their expression they are great teachers for us.

DIY Simple Comforting Cinnamon Tea
This recipe couldn't be simpler and completely comforting all the way around. Its aromatic nature is just as compelling. It's as if the whole house is enveloped in fall goodness.
- 4 Cups of purified water
- 3 Cinnamon sticks
- 3 Whole Cloves
- 2 - 1/8" slices Fresh Ginger
Bring to a boil and reduce to a slow simmer for 30 minutes ~
