Direct to Work Graduates Fall 2024 Cohort

IAED’s Direct to Work: Pathways to Manufacturing program graduated its last cohort of 2024, noteworthy as the first time everyone who started the five-week, full-time training program also finished it. Over the course of the program, participants earned their OSHA 10 certification, completed a 15-hour soldering project, and earned 15 continuing education credits from TC3. They also mastered calipers, micrometers and blueprint reading, and prepared for the National Manufacturing Associate Certification exam.

The latest cohort was especially dedicated and resilient, many overcoming significant barriers to pursue the opportunity. DTW’s emphasis on practical, real-world experience has set these graduates up for success as they transition to employment or further education opportunities. Congratulations to all for achieving this incredible milestone!
