Each Tuesday from 3:00-4:00 pm, we will explore different techniques to calm the mind, release emotional blocks, and build resilience, with the support of a nurturing space. Whether you're new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this group will provide the tools and space to experience lasting peace.
