----NOVEMBER 2024 EDITION----

Hello fellow Alamo Ranch Neighbors,

Hope everyone had a good Halloween!

At the annual meeting, residents asked about the update on when Google Fiber would be available and the project manager for our area said that it takes between 5-6 months for a new area to be completely wired so it most likely won't be done before the new year but he will email me with updates after the new year.

The other question that came up was about the Autumn Mist road closure. It is still temporarily closed. There have not been any tilling or permanent plans as of right now. I also spoke to the city project manager and he said he will find out if there is a decision about permanent closure or if they will reopen in the future. He was recently out surveying the potholes and such and had not heard any news about it so now it is on his radar.

As for the board election, we have one new board member elected, Mrs. Debbie Stocks, and Gabby Mosqueda and I were re-elected at the annual meeting. We did have two resignations from other board members so there will be a call to serve going out separately. Please be on the lookout for that and if you are interested in serving please fill the application out and return it to the office.

We're heading into the holiday season so please be vigilant with locking your cars at night and leaving porch lights on. If you see suspicious behavior or your camera catches someone trying to break into your vehicle, please call 911 or Bexar County Sheriff's non-emergency office at 210-335-6000. The more calls they receive the more presence we'll have out here.

As always, if you have any questions/comments please feel free to email me.

Have a great week!
