VACAP Legislative Conference (February 2-4, Richmond) - Join your community action colleagues to meet the newly elected Governor's Administration. The conference also features an Energy/Wx Symposium, sessions on Whole Family Approach and CSBG/Housing, and updates on key advocacy issues.
