Dear Prismo Metals community,

Welcome to our November update. The past several weeks have been marked by significant exploration advancements at our projects in Arizona. The momentum continues to build, particularly at our Silver King project, validating our strategic decision to acquire these historic high-grade assets this past summer.

The work at Silver King, a mine historically renowned for producing nearly 6 Moz of high-grade silver, has yielded exceptional results over the past month. Following the discovery of new veins in August, our team identified porphyry-style mineralization in September. This finding is particularly significant given Silver King's location just three kilometers from the world-class Resolution Copper deposit. It strongly suggests that Silver King may be part of a much larger copper mineralizing system, potentially representing the halo of the Resolution system or a distinct porphyry center.

Subsequent assay results confirmed this potential, returning exceptional high-grade values not only for silver (up to 757 g/t) but also significant copper (up to 2.43%), lead (up to 6.7%), and zinc (up to 11.5%). These results came from multiple target types on the property, demonstrating the widespread nature of the mineralization.

Based on these compelling results, we have expanded our planned drill program at Silver King. Beyond testing the historic pipelike silver body and its surrounding halo in the initial 1,000-meter phase, a second 1,000-meter phase will now target the newly identified polymetallic vein, copper vein, and replacement mineralization. To support this expanded scope, we have initiated financing efforts which are currently underway. We are also advancing the permitting process with the US Forest Service for the initial drilling phase.

Our Ripsey Gold project, another historic high-grade producer acquired this summer, also delivered exciting news. Recent assays reported high-grade gold (up to 7.88 g/t Au), alongside significant silver, copper, and zinc. Furthermore, overlimit silver assays confirmed values ranging from 132 to 224 g/t Ag along the 600-meter vein strike. These results are highly encouraging, especially considering Ripsey has seen no modern exploration, representing significant untapped potential for discovery.

While our operational focus is sharp on advancing Silver King and Ripsey, our flagship Hot Breccia copper project remains a key strategic asset. We are firmly committed to advancing this project and, to that end, are pleased to have reached a cooperative agreement with our partners at Walnut Mines LLC. As announced, we have extended certain milestone obligations for exploration expenditures and cash payments. This extension provides us with additional flexibility as we assess strategic alternatives to position Prismo to commence drilling on this compelling, large-scale copper opportunity.

With outstanding assay results confirming our geological models at Silver King and Ripsey, and enhanced flexibility for our strategic assets, Prismo is in a strong position. We are committed to unlocking the considerable potential of our Arizona assets.

We appreciate your continued support and look forward to sharing further updates soon. To stay informed about our projects and progress, please visit our website: www.prismometals.com and subscribe to our newsletter.

📽️ Valpal (September 29, 2025): Prismo Metals' CEO Alain Lambert and Chief Exploration Officer Dr. Craig Gibson recently provided a comprehensive update on the company's mineral exploration activities and corporate strategy. The discussion focused heavily on the newly acquired Silver King and Ripsey mines in Arizona.

Silver King (Silver-Copper Project, Arizona, USA)

  • Porphyry Potential Identified: Exploration work in September identified porphyry-style mineralization (stockwork quartz-pyrite veining within a strongly altered intrusion) in the eastern part of the claim block. This discovery is highly significant given the project's location just 3 km from the Resolution Copper deposit and suggests Silver King could be part of a larger copper mineralizing system. (See Sept. 15, 2025 news release)

  • Exceptional High-Grade Assays Received: Final assay results, including overlimits from the first batch of surface samples, confirmed exceptional high-grade polymetallic mineralization. Highlights include 757 g/t Ag, 1.5% Cu, 6.7% Pb, and 11.5% Zn from the newly discovered polymetallic vein, up to 619 g/t Ag near the historic shaft, and up to 2.43% Cu from the replacement mineralization zone. (See Sept. 24 & Sept. 29, 2025 news releases)

  • Expanded Drill Program Planned: Based on the compelling assay results and the identification of multiple target types (historic mine, new veins, replacement zones, porphyry potential), the planned drill program has been expanded to two phases, totaling 2,000 meters. The first phase will target the historic mineralization, while the second will test the newly identified veins and replacement zones. (See Sept. 29, 2025 news release)

  • Permitting Ongoing: The permitting process for the initial 1,000-meter drill program (Plan of Operations) is actively underway with the US Forest Service.

Ripsey (Gold-Silver-Copper Project, Arizona, USA)

  • High-Grade Gold Confirmed: Recent assay results from surface sampling confirmed high-grade gold mineralization, with values up to 7.88 g/t Au, along with significant silver, copper, and zinc, along the main vein structure. (See Oct. 16, 2025 news release)

  • High-Grade Silver Overlimits Received: Overlimit silver assays returned values ranging from 132 g/t to 224 g/t Ag, further confirming the high-grade nature of the mineralization along the 600-meter vein strike. (See Oct. 20, 2025 news release)

  • Untapped Potential: These strong results from Ripsey, a historic producer with no modern exploration, highlight the significant discovery potential remaining on the property.

  • Patented Claims: The Ripsey mine property consists of patented claims, which could simplify future permitting processes.

Hot Breccia (Copper Project, Arizona, USA)

  • Option Agreement Extensions Secured: Prismo has reached an agreement with the property owner, Walnut Mines LLC, to extend certain milestone dates for exploration expenditures and cash payments. This provides the Company with enhanced flexibility to assess a range of strategic alternatives for advancing the project, including a permitted 5,000-meter drill program. (See November 5, 2025 news release)

  • AI Study by Windfall Geotek: Prismo engaged Windfall Geotek to apply its proprietary Windfall AI System. This system will integrate and analyze geophysical data, topography data, and drill hole data at the Hot Breccia copper project. The results of this study are expected by the beginning of September and will provide crucial information to support ongoing discussions with potential strategic partners.

  • Refined Exploration Model: Prismo has an updated exploration model, based on geophysical data, historical exploration results, and an AI study, which provides compelling evidence for a major porphyry copper deposit at depth.

Palos Verdes (Silver, Sinaloa, Mexico)

  • High-Grade Potential: Previous drilling yielded outstanding results, including hole PV-23-25 with 102 g/t gold, 3,100 g/t silver, and 0.26% zinc over 0.5 meters, or 11,520 g/t silver equivalent, marking the highest-grade intercept to date at the project.

  • Future Outlook: Vizsla Silver has publicly identified the Jesusita-Palos Verdes area as a significant exploration target.
