Service Spotlight: Central Office

What Is a Central Office, Anyway?

It’s the place that helps keep meetings connected, answers the phone when someone says, “I need help,” and makes sure there’s a Big Book on the shelf when someone wants one.

Central Office is where the magic of service can happen. It runs on coffee, phone calls, and people who show up for fun and for free.

We’ve got empty seats. If you’ve ever wondered how to get involved or simply want to give back, come see what it’s all about. No special skills required — just a heartbeat and a willingness to be part of the “we.”

Steps, Traditions & Concepts of AA

Step 11: "Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we understood Him, praying only for knowledge of His will for us and the power to carry that out."

Tradition 11: "Our public relations policy is based on attraction rather than promotion; we need always maintain personal anonymity at the level of press, radio and films."

Message From The Editor

Hey friends,

November brings gratitude 🥰 and a reminder that service keeps us connected. Central Office needs us right now. It doesn’t run on magic; it runs on willingness, unity, and love in action.

If you’ve been waiting for the “right time” to get involved, this is it. Let’s come together and keep the doors open for the next person who needs help.

If you’ve got announcements, stories, or fun ideas, send them my way: SoberBarbie317@gmail.com

Grateful to be of service,

Barbara
