Help us spread the word!

This holiday season, we are raising funds to help the people we support access interest-based recreational activities.

Sponsor an ornament and make a difference.

One ornament for $3.00 or Two Ornaments for $5.00. Your name and special message will be placed inside and hand-painted by guests at our annual Holiday Social, symbolizing the joy of inclusion and connection, and hung on our Giving Tree.

Give $100 or more and receive a limited-edition commemorative ornament, designed by a Community Bridges artist.

A Special Shoutout to One Church, Concord Outpost, for sponsoring our Annual Holiday Social!

Thank you for your generous contribution towards a warm and festive holiday season for all!

Happy Holidays!
