| | Don’t Let Subsidized Transit Take Away Your Charter Work! Register Now! | | |
Our industry fought tooth and nail to secure the FTA Charter Service Rule, protecting private operators from unfair competition with publicly funded transit agencies. But here’s the reality—if operators don’t register, the government may assume we don’t need this protection and could eliminate it. That means transit agencies could start scooping up the charter work that should be yours.
The Fix? Registering is fast, free, and easy! It ensures you receive notifications when public transit agencies seek charter services—giving you the chance to bid on the work before they take it for themselves.
Protect your business. Protect our industry. Get registered today!
| | | Don’t wait! It takes two minutes to register. Scan the below QR code or visit their website. | | IMPORTANT: Registration expires every two years, and if you don’t renew, you’ll be removed from the list—losing your chance to get notified about new charter opportunities. | | |
