Hello ARCA Neighbors 

Another annual meeting has come and gone and we have new board members! Welcome back Greg Schmidt, and welcome to the board Donna Rose and Angela Alfaro. There are seven seats on the ARCA board and one is still available if anyone would like to apply. The board will review your application and vote to approve at the next board meeting. 

Holiday season is upon us and seasonal decorations is the question on people's minds. Our compliance coordinator, Sydney, is pretty lenient around this time of year because people celebrate a lot of holidays. The official rule is decorations need to be removed by 10 days after the holiday. For more specific details please read article 5.9 in the design guideline document on the myalamoranchcommunity.com website under document library. 

There will be a holiday decorating contest in December for those that want to prepare for that. 

The Grants are feeling the government shut down like everyone else and this year we want to extend our food donation drive to any of our residents in need. From 11/3- 11/19 the office will be taking food donations and sorting them out and if residents need to take some from the table please feel free, all uncollected donations will go to the food bank on 11/20.

Please make sure to dispose of branches, and other debris from your lawn.

As we move into November here’s a friendly reminder that holiday decor can be displayed between these dates from 1 October to 10 November (Halloween) 15 November to 15 January (Christmas and New Year)

Our community standards are enforced by Sydney Mauser. Community compliance officers will never knock on the door of any resident property for any HOA compliance enforcement. All communication will either be performed in the office, over email, or telephonically.

Reminder:

A $10.00 increase on quarterly assessments will be $40.00 annually. (This was effective January 1st 2025)

Q1 2026 Assessments are due no later than January 30th of 2026.

Payments can be made by written check submitted to the office, online by logging on to ccmcnet.com, or by bill pay associated with your personal bank.
