Wine Bottles Stoppers - Plaza Lights Series

Stoppers are made from wood burl and cast resin. Kitchen-grade solid brass made in America. Metal stoppers are threaded and can be removed from their top and washed in the dishwasher. Sized to fit wine bottles, as well as olive oil and other small-necked bottles.

Do not wash wooden topper in dishwasher.

Mulled Wine

Recipe:

1 bottles of red wine (750ml)
1/4 cup honey or sugar or elderberry syrup
1/2 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ginger
8 whole cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
2 star anise
1/4 cup brandy (optional)

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, and bring to a simmer (don't boil) over medium high heat.
reduce heat to medium low, and let simmer for at least 15 minutes or up to 3 hours. Strain.
Serve warm with garnish if desired.
