Faith in Action: Makes Ordinary Extraordinary

“Whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” I Corinthians 10:31

Dear Parents,

Over 20 years ago when I taught second grade at the Berkeley Hills Campus, my students and I memorized Psalm 105: 1-6. It often comes to my mind when I think of Thanksgiving and giving thanks to the Lord.

Give thanks to the Lord, call on his name; make known among the nations what he has done. Sing to him, sing praise to him; tell of all his wonderful acts. Glory in his holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice. Look to the Lord and his strength, seek his face always. Remember the wonders he has done, his miracles, and the judgments he pronounced, O descendants of Abraham his servant, O sons of Jacob, his chosen ones.  Psalm 105: 1-6

As we approach Thanksgiving, I am so very thankful to the Lord for who He is and for his amazing love. My prayer for Eden is that we take time to “remember the wonders he has done” and give thanks!

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
