Eligible employers include not-for-profit organizations, public sector employers, and private sector businesses with 50 or fewer full-time employees. The program provides wage subsidies to help create quality summer work experiences for youth aged 15 to 30. Not-for-profit employers can receive up to 100% of the minimum wage, while public and private sector employers may receive up to 50%. | |
