Due to recent changes in international trade policy that directly impact our supply chain costs, we will be implementing an upcoming increase to the reserve amount for most products, effective 11/3. Setup changes must be submitted by Friday, October 3, 2025.
Tariffs have significantly increased the cost of imported parts essential to our business. Over 40% of our parts are imported from Mexico, with a new 10% tariff rate. Another 36% are sourced from China, Japan, Korea, Germany, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam and India which have tariff rates as high as 46%. The remaining countries in the top 20 with new tariffs account for approximately 13% of imported parts and have tariffs between 10% and 32%. While we have worked to diligently adjudicate claims in order to manage costs, the sustained impact of these tariffs now requires a modest adjustment to ensure we can continue to deliver the quality and service you expect.
