Our Deacon ministry theme is, “Praise or prayer, I’ll be there!”

It is inspired by Romans 12:5: “Rejoice with those who rejoice, and mourn with those who mourn.”

If you have a praise report or prayer request, please share them with your Deacon.

Get to know the Southminster Deacons!

BRENDA SIGMON

Brenda has a daughter, Beth, a son, Richard, three grandsons, three great-grandchildren, and her cat, Pearl.

This is Brenda's first year serving as a Deacon at Southminster. When asked why she said "yes" to serving, Brenda said she was "praying for ways to serve the church."

Her greatest joy in serving as a Deacon is the blessing she feels when she helps others.

Please join us in thanking Brenda and all of our incredible Southminster Deacons!

Join our Deacons as they love our congregation. Say a prayer of praise or concern. Send a card, text or make a call the individuals named above. You can use our digital directory to find phone numbers and addresses.
