Christmas Cookie Helpers Needed

Each year, we bake and gather cookies from our Saint Joe families, put them on decorative platters, and share them with the wonderful faculty and staff at Saint Joseph High School. Help continue this great tradition by baking three dozen cookies and sending them to school, by volunteering your time to put cookies on platters, or both!

Cookie donations need to be dropped off at Saint Joseph High School by 8:15 a.m. on Friday, December 15, 2017. Parent volunteers will be at both entrances to collect cookies. Cookie gathering, sorting, and platter filling volunteers are needed on December 15, 2017, from 7:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Click here to sign-up for this fun opportunity.

Why Choose Catholic Schools?

Among some of the reasons why parents choose a Catholic school for their children is "strong moral values." This statement is backed by a report by the Center for Applied Research in the Apostolate (CARA) at Georgetown University. Another study by the University of Pennsylvania reveals "success is not the number-one priority for most parents. We're much more concerned about our children becoming kind, compassionate and helpful." These are just a couple of reasons to choose Catholic schools, but there is more to Catholic education than remarkable character-building. Catholic schools prepare students to be true disciples of Christ.
