JOIN us for holy communion at 8:30 or 10:00 a.m.  as we rejoice in all the saints:  those who have died and now rest in Christ, those who live now and those yet to come.  We are reminded that in the sacraments
 - Baptism and Communion - God unites all the faithful on earth and in heaven.

This  Sunday is also
Welcome to New Members
Name Tag Sunday :
Getting to know your neighbors in Christ!  M embers name tags are in their mail boxes or look for the table where you can make one for the day.
Gentle Reader,
Faith is caught, not taught. Like a flame being passed from wick to wick, faith is alive and transforming each one of us through relationship. Who brought the fire to you? Who shared its warmth and possibility, its beauty and power?  We celebrate all Saints this Sunday. A time to light candles and remember the faithful ones who went before us and brought that living faith down to us. It's a celebration, and a foretaste of the feast we will share with all God's people at the end of time. It's a celebration of life new life, love, care and community in Christ right here, right now, and beyond time and space, and you are invited! So pull up a chair and join in the feast that has no end. Take a moment from the cares of today receive eternal gifts from God. Come join the circle, join the conversation. Come and catch the flame of faith. It may just change your life!

See  you there!
Pastor Grant

This year's operating budget is based on our Needs, Wants & Wishes.  The council has met with team leads asking them what their anticipated expenses are for 2019.  Now we are asking / listening to the congregation.
Our hope is to put together an accurate budget based on the direction our congregation wants to see the church move.  Please attend one of the Listening Sessions to share your thoughts on the upcoming budget.

This is a great way to come together as a congregation and prepare the way for remembering, celebrating, and giving thanks for the birth of Christ Jesus.
We hope you will stay after service and participate in the festivities.

"Give Back to Pay It Forward" is a celebration of St. Paul Lutheran Church's 150th Anniversary. St. Paul Lutheran has had a rich history over the last 150 years and we are looking at continuing that legacy well into the future. As a result we are challenging the entire congregation from, July 29th 2018 through the end of the year, to participate in a matching contributions initiative.

Several members of the congregation have generously offered to match any funds given that are above and beyond the regular weekly giving by the remainder of the congregation.
In order to have your contribution matched, please use your preferred method of donating (envelope, bill pay, online giving), but remember to clearly note that the donation is for "Matching Funds".
As the year progresses we will continue to update the congregation on the success of this initiative.
Check us out.  We're on a Mission of
Sharing Christ's Love With Joy!
