Description:    When companies connect with customers’ emotions, the payoff can be huge. Given the enormous opportunity to create new value, companies should pursue emotional connections as a science—and a strategy. True connection is no longer a mystery—it’s a new source of real competitive advantage and growth. It might also even revolutionize our perceptions of the world we have created as well!

Objectives covered will include:
1. The paradoxical power of humility
2. The science of consumer emotions (“emotional motivators” that drive consumer behavior)
3. How “emotionally intelligent” are you & how might that impact the consumer experience?
4. Examples of humility & emotional connection
5. Displaying humility alongside confidence
