To coincide with the end of daylight savings time and with the onset of the winter heating season, the province of Ontario designates the first week of every November as carbon monoxide awareness week.

Kawartha Lakes Police were provided with a buildings video surveillance tape that showed a man kicking and pushing a woman. Police were able to identify the man and woman involved. Full story
