Alumni Spotlight
|
Last summer, the Alumni Office reached out asking Bearcats to "Share Your Story." Nearly 250 Saint Vincent stories were submitted.

John S. Ference, C'93
One day during my freshman year, I had picked up from the post office a package from my girlfriend at home before walking to Chemistry I. I hadn't opened the package, and, before class started, a woman sitting behind me asked, "Aren't you going to open it?" I did, and inside was a bouquet of lollipops. She asked for one, and I told her that she can come down to my dorm room later to get one. That evening, there was a knock at my door. It was the woman - she brought a friend with her. That woman, Eileen Rossi, C'92 and I became best friends. On Aug. 19 of this year, Eileen and I will be celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary. Only at Saint Vincent College.
