November Luncheon:


Tax Advice for Small Businesses

Join us for an engaging session on Tax Advice for Small Businesses! Bring your questions and get practical tips and insights to help your business stay organized, compliant, and running smoothly.


Lunch will be provided. Feel free to bring a raffle prize and some cash for split-the-pot. Pre-registration is encouraged and greatly appreciated, but registration will remain open until 11 AM on the day of the luncheon. Please note that online registration is required to attend.


The entrance to the luncheon is located on the back side of the VFW, under the large patio.




You must register online to attend. Registration fees for luncheons not only cover the cost for lunch, but also support CERWIB operating costs.

Member Spotlight


Teri Webster is the owner of Declutter To Move, LLC, a professional organizing company based in Eagle River, Alaska. She specializes in helping clients prepare their homes for sale or simply reclaim calm and order in their living spaces. Her compassionate yet practical approach helps clients make confident decisions about what to keep, donate, sell, or pack—turning overwhelming projects into manageable steps forward.

Teri works closely with families who are downsizing or relocating, as well as people who simply want to declutter and organize their homes. In addition to organizing, she assists clients with selling unwanted items through Facebook Marketplace —helping them clear space and recoup value in the process. She’s transformed countless garages, craft rooms, and storage areas creating efficient, functional systems that make daily life easier. Her work is grounded in integrity, faith, and a desire to genuinely serve her clients.

Teri is an active member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO) and serves on the board of the Virtual Chapter, connecting with other organizers nationwide to share resources and education. Beginning in January, she will be expanding her business by adding employees to form additional organizing teams and serve more clients throughout the Anchorage and Mat-Su areas. A brand-new website is also launching in December, featuring her organizing, selling, and packing services, along with project photos and practical resources for anyone ready to simplify their space and life.



Join Our Board!

We will have a few general board positions open, would you consider joining us? The time commitment is conservative, we meet about 8 times per year on the first Thursday of the month at noon. (No meetings June through August or December) You can join meetings in person or virtually! We ask you attend at least 5 board meetings per year including our mandatory Annual General Meeting in January, and that you are a current member of CERWIB


Our board is the fuel of our organization, helping to plan speakers and events, deciding on ways to help us grow and flourish, and making sure we are the best support system for Women in Business in our area!
