Starting on January 1st, 2023 the premium for Medicare Part B, Medical Services, is being reduced from $170.10 down to $164.90 per month.

The annual deductible is also being reduced from $226 per month, effective the same day, 1/1/2023.

Silent Witness Project

More than 250 people participated in the Safe Berks 21^st Annual Silent Witness March & Dedication on Oct. 17. At this solemn event, part of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, the community honors and remembers those lost to domestic violence homicide in Berks County and stands together to end domestic violence. Safe Berks provides free and confidential services to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault 24/7/365, in all languages.

Mary's Shelter Celebation

Mary’s Shelter hosted their 27 Anniversary Celebration on 10/27/22 at St. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church.

The evening included yummy food and drinks, raffles, fundraising and moving testimonials from clients. A fun night was had by all.
