Music & Social Justice
Our annual fall musical soirée is an event exclusively for our WCMS adult learners. Join us to explore music's role in social justice movements throughout history with piano faculty member John Kramer. In this interactive discussion, we'll explore how people have used music to address issues of social conflict, exclusion/inclusion, and justice throughout history. We'll enjoy John's presentation, mingle over light refreshments, and have time for a bit of musical sharing if you wish to perform a short piece for the group. Please bring an appetizer or dessert to share; beverages will be provided. RSVP by phone, email, or at the front desk by November 12.
