Simply lie back or sit comfortably as the sounds wash over you, helping to release stress, quiet the mind, and restore balance.

No prior meditation experience is needed—just bring yourself, an open mind, and the willingness to relax. Chairs will be provided, but you are welcome to bring a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow for added comfort.
