CHF Closed Thursday, November 24


CHF will be closed Thursday, November 24 in observance of Thanksgiving, and open 6:30 a.m. to noon on Friday, November 25 (no classes after 11 a.m.). Here are some fun ways to burn some calories over the Thanksgiving holiday. Take a long walk, sign-up for a Turkey Trot race, enjoy an On-Demand CHF Exercise video, or take advantage of our picturesque beaches.
