NEXT GENERATION OF IRRIGATION PROFESSIONALS

Turf Equipment and Supply Company, under our umbrella of Turf Equipment University®, conducted hands on training at both
Delaware Valley University and Penn State University, Main Campus. The HDPE Lab project consisted of assembling a green with the four types of fusion, butt fusion, electrofusion, socket fusion, saddle fusion and compression fittings then wiring it both traditionally and with 2-way wiring. The 3.5 hour labs incorporated experiential techniques allowing the students hands on learning. A special thanks to our vendors - Toro® Irrigation, Paige® Electric, and Harco® Fittings for their generous donation of material. Enjoy the time lapse video of the Delaware Valley University event.

TRAINING MAKES A DIFFERENCE
|
 Irrigation Technician Training
This year's training event will focus on installation and maintenance of HDPE pipe and fittings. Additionally, the program includes updates and refreshers on products, programs and tools your irrigation technician(s) need to know about for your facility. Each event is the same content and will run from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm with lunch provided. GCSAA Education Points are offered for this event.
