Save the Date! Giving Tuesday is coming on November 29, 2022. Giving Tuesday is an opportunity for people around the world to use their individual power of generosity to remain connected and support their communities. This is a global movement to give back through acts of kindness, sharing our message and mission, or direct donations. 

We have confidence and hope, even during the most uncertain times, that community is one of the strongest things there is in the fight against pediatric illness. Your donation, no matter how big or small, impacts our families greatly and we thank you for choosing to support Family House this year.

Did you know that nearly half of donations come from word of mouth? This Giving Tuesday, you can make a big impact! Share your love for Family House and our mission to provide a caring environment for families in need.

Music Therapy

Music sessions at Family House are one of our favorite ways kids can express themselves and find their artistic passion! Isabel is a leukemia patient staying at Family House while she recovers post-BMT.

Our staff got together last month to celebrate each other and the reasons we all love working at Family House! It was a treat to spend time together, especially with some still working remotely.

41st Annual Family House Gala

Save the date! We're excited to welcome everyone to The Fairmont San Francisco for an evening of fun and inspiration at our 41st annual gala on April 29, 2023. This special celebration will feature a festive cocktail reception, a gourmet dinner with amazing wines, a live auction, live music, and more!

All proceeds will ensure we can continue to provide comfort and care for our families 100% free of cost. 
Family House continues to be open during the COVID-19 health crisis. Though we are operating with a significantly smaller staff and have suspended nearly all volunteer activities, we are committed to maintaining our mission of providing compassionate care and dignity to families in need.
