SPRING INTO FALL ART SHOW

(formerly our Spring Art Show and Silent Auction)

HAVE BEEN POSTPONED

UNTIL 2021

The Chairs of each event and the LAA Board thought it would be wise to postpone all events for 2020 and re-address their scheduling in 2021.

All of you who have already registered and paid, we will keep your information on file until next year's show. You'll be able to change your registered piece to something different or keep it the same should you desire.

2021 Dues

Our Board has unanimously voted to forego charging dues to existing 2020 members for the 2021 season (new registering members will be charged the normal fee). As a way of saying thank you for your patience and understanding with regard to all of our LAA closures, we thought this would be a gesture that everyone would appreciate.

Please wear a mask with you when picking up your piece.

A few changes to past procedures (READ CAREFULLY):

Intake forms will be available OUTSIDE the front gallery doors from 9-11AM that morning.
Please wear a mask and bring a pen with you to fill out the form.
Do you have a piece in the gallery that has been hanging since August? If so, please remember to pick it up at this time as we do not have space to store it.
If you bring a piece to be hung this month, it will hang for 1 month until November intake.

PETITE GIFT GALLERY INTAKE THIS MONTH

Wednesday, November 4th from 9AM – 11AM

For the past month, we have been publicizing the rules for entering the Petite Gift Gallery at the Palmetto Club in the form of email blasts, Facebook posts, and links on our website (landingsartassociation.com). Please refer to the registration procedures before arriving at intake.Remember to bring money for your entry fee.

PICK-UP at Palmetto (formerly Plantation) will also take place on November 4^th, so please pick up all artwork on display in October.

Please wear a mask and bring a pen with you when dropping off your piece(s).

When you display in the Petite Gift Gallery, your pieces will also appear on this month’s Virtual Gallery on FACEBOOK!

The theme of the VIRTUAL GALLERY this month is “PETITE GIFT GALLERY”. Text a picture of each of your Palmetto gallery pieces to Betsy Slocum at 804-318-0066 and they will be entered in the Virtual Gallery on Facebook. Make sure to include your name and the name of the piece with each text.

Remember – if you have any Facebook friends who would enjoy seeing art created by our talented members, invite them to join our LAA Art Challenge Group. If they would like to post a painting, they are welcome to join the LAA. If not, they will undoubtedly enjoy the beautiful art submitted by our members!

We hope that you will continue to create so that you are ready when the time is right. In the meantime, submit your work to our virtual gallery on line and stay well!
