That's why we're launching our second Salary and Compensation Survey - and your voice matters!

This isn't just about collecting numbers; it's about providing meaningful, impactful resources to you. By participating, you're helping us create the essential benchmarks that member organizations want to make smart, strategic decisions about pay, talent recruitment, and long-term sustainability. Meet Move United

Shuan Butcher

Communications Manager

Shuan joined the Move United team in 2017. He has spent over 25 years in the nonprofit sector in various capacities and leadership positions. Shuan received his undergraduate degree from West Virginia University and a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership from Mountain State University. An Army Veteran, he has coordinated the annual Brunswick Veterans Day for the past twelve years and is involved in other community organizations and efforts.
