November 2022 Eureka Chamber Membership News
A MESSAGE FROM YOUR CEO
Warm Greetings!

 CEO and President, Nancy Olson
Good golly, we’ve got so much to share… I hope you’ll take a few minutes to fully peruse this newsletter, as we strive to keep you informed!

A couple of highlights:

Save the Date! Our Annual Membership Meeting and soiree will be held Friday, January 27. We are creating a twist on this, our largest event of the year, to increase opportunities for you to network, enjoy time with colleagues and learn about exciting new programs the Chamber will be offering for you in 2023. Sponsorship opportunities are available! Contact me at nancy@eurekachamber.com for a sponsorship package. This event is sure to sell out. Learn more below!

New Speaker Series! This month we launched a series of members-only conversations with local leaders about issues of importance for all of our members. We will be tackling such topics as how your business can benefit from the offshore wind initiative, increasing security at your business, what’s happening at Cal Poly Humboldt, local and regional economic development initiatives, the future of cannabis in Humboldt County, and much more. This month we had an exciting conversation with Megan Kenney of Chamber member North Coast Growers Association about their work to make our region more food secure – here’s a link to the video of this conversation. Keep an eye out for more members-only invitations, and come learn with us!

We are grateful for the opportunity to serve each and every one of you, and look forward to sharing more about the future of YOUR Chamber in the year ahead!
