ThunderPOS Loyalty
We're thrilled to announce that our new customer-facing site, ThunderPOS Loyalty, has been launched. It’s now accessible for all ThunderPOS Cloud subscribers at loyalty.thunderpos.net. You can now authorize your customer to view trade-in values, check on their rewards and accounts balance, track their special orders, and much more. The site is designed for a phone, tablet or laptop. Below are some examples of the site on a mobile phone.
The screenshot above shows the trade-in quote feature. This will allow the customer to search items at your store and get an estimate of what they can trade their items in for. They can create and save a list of items they would like to trade in.
The customer's dashboard gives them all the information they need about their account at your store. In this case, we see promotions that are available, as well as the status of our discount card. You can also choose to show customers' rewards balance and account balance.
You can enable customers to view their transaction history with your store, and see what they've bought and sold to you in the past. This can even work as an alternative to emailed or paper receipts.
You can also allow for gift card balance checks, which can draw repeat business.

As a reminder to users of Windows 7, Microsoft's support of this version of Windows has ended as of January 14th, 2020. We highly recommend getting onto Windows 8.1 or 10 if you are on Windows 7. Versions of ExtremePOS, Musicware, Praiz, and ThunderPOS 4.0 and above should all be compatible with Windows 10; versions before 4.0 were sunset for support as of the end of 2019.
