The Impact of the East Coast Greenway
East Coast Greenway's Investing in our Future, our economic impact report completed in collaboration with NV5, will be presented to the Transportation Review Board in December.
ESI and Drexel University's School of Economics held our 5th Annual Urban Economics Conference on October 25th. Our first panel focused on Smart Cities, moderated by ESI's Richard Voith. Panelists included the City of Philadelphia's Mark Wheeler and Emily Yates, Pennoni's Joe Viscuso, and ESI's Daniel Miles . Our keynote speaker was Bruce Katz, Co-Founder and inaugural Director of the Nowak Metro Finance Lab. Our second panel focused on Opportunity Zones and was moderated by ESI's Stephen Mullin. Panelists included Mosaic Development's Leslie Smallwood-Lewis, the City of Philadelphia's John Mondlak, Duane Morris' Brad Molotsky, and ESI's Brittany Forman.
